Endless Patience

Patience is the most important trait to become a great programmer. There might be a situation where i get stuck while programming, the only way through it is to stick with the work. It is also true that i can’t forcibly learn patience but i can develop it if i have an interest in programming.

Desire To Learn

A great programmer should be curious and should have the desire to learn everything possible. In a field like software development that's changing and advancing every moment, i should grasp knowledge and information from everywhere. And it is equally important to adapt to the change. Most programmers like to solve problems and take up challenges that others would not. This is what keeps them up all night to find the right solution. Not all the programmers do it for money but for the passion they have.

Logical Thinking

Being a logical thinker is one of the most important virtues we see in a good programmer. If i have logical thinking, i will easily be able to find answers to the problems. All it requires is for me to think about the solution with a calm mind and use all my knowledge and logic. The ability to handle a problem in a logical, analytical way is what makes a great programmer different from others.

Self-Discipline

As a programmer, i will be spending a lot of time working alone. Even if there’s no one in the room, i need to keep myself in the working zone for quite a lot of time. This brings us to self-discipline. You need to stay focused and dedicated to the work i’m doing. I need to keep myself motivated to work for long days.

Strength

Collaborative
I am very collaborative. I've always enjoyed working on teams and it is one of my strongest attributes. I led many project that involve different kinds of people and I always try to make sure that everyone is on the same page and that everyone is happy with the work that they are doing.
Technical Skills
I am very technical. I have a lot of experience with different technologies and I am always learning new ones. I am very comfortable with the technologies that I use and I am always looking for new ways to improve my skills.
Postive Attitude
I am very positive. I always try to see the good in every bad situation and I always try to find a way to make things better. I am always looking for ways to improve myself and I am always looking for ways to make things better.
Solving Problems
I am very good at solving problems. I have a strategic mind and simplicity on solving problems. If i can't find the solution, I relax and continue to think about it. I always get the solution.
Flexibility
I am very flexible. I have so many skills and always trying to learn something new. I am so flexible to work with many job profile. I'm able to handle changes.

Weakness

Self-criticism
I can be quite critical of myself, which can lead to negative self-talk and eventual burnout. I've found that I can avoid this by recording my goals, objectives, and key results and setting aside time to celebrate milestones and achievements, big and small.
Procrastination
Procrastination has long been a bad habit of mine. I think it stems from a fear of failure, to be honest. I started using Google calendar and apps like Trello to manage my time better. Crossing things off my to-do list makes me feel accomplished.
Lack of experience with skill
I am not very experienced with some of the skills that I have on my resume. I have been working on improving my experience with these skills and I am confident that I will be able to use them effectively in the future.
Issues with delegating tasks
I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so I sometimes struggle to delegate tasks to my teammates. This has led to taking on too much. It was hard at first, but I've seen that by communicating clear expectations and trusting my team, they rise to the occasion and I'm able to manage projects more efficiently.
Fear of public speaking
I am a naturally shy person. Since I was a kid, I have always felt nervous presenting in front of the class and that translated into the workplace.

Hobbies

Reading

Reading is a great way to learn new things and to improve your knowledge. I love reading books and articles about technology, science, and history.📖📝

Traveling

I love traveling and exploring new places. I have been to many places in India. I love to travel with my family and friends.✈🧳

Watching Movies

I love watching movies. I watch movies of different genres like action, comedy, drama, and horror. I also watch web series. My favorite is MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe).🎬🍿

Playing Cricket

I love playing cricket. I play cricket with my friends and family. I also play cricket in my school team. I am a right-handed batsman and a right arm off-break bowler.🏏😍

Art & Craft

I love doing art and craft. I love to make different types of crafts like paper crafts, clay crafts, and many more. I also love to paint.🎨🖌

Cooking

I love cooking. I cook different types of food like Indian, Chinese, Italian, and Mexican. I also like to bake cakes and cookies. It is a delicious hobby.🍽😋
